Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & reschedule is allowed up until 48 hours from the appointment. After 48 hours, 50% charge of the appointment cost is effective. If rescheduled within 2 weeks from the original, the 50% charge is applied. Please note client risks NO availability is possible within those 2 weeks & 50% is non refundable. No call no show appointments are charged 50% with no refunds and will not be applied to a future appointment.
